Refunds:

Billet Rotary reserves the right to offer exchanges only for any defective products. You will need to notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the product. Any alterations from the original product will void all exchange options offered. Alterations include drilling and porting.

You acknowledge and accept that the goods are intended for off road use. As with any activity involving racing of motor vehicles there are risks associated with performance modifications. Therefore, all installation of Goods are at your own risk and We hold no responsibility either express or implied for any mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products.

You acknowledge and accept that Billet Rotary will not be liable to you for any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit, loss of income or any other incidental damages.

You acknowledge and accept and take full responsibility to carry out all the necessary investigations and research to ensure the Goods meet all necessary legal requirements having regard to your intended use of the goods.

The delivery times made known to You are estimates only and We are not liable for late delivery or non-delivery. We use different couriers to deliver the Goods dependent upon the location and weight of Your order. We reserve the right to use our preferred couriers when shipping the Goods as ordered. *International Customers. Any taxes, tariffs or duties to be paid on shipping are the responsibly of the importer.
